ORDER PROCESSING

Every Caalmblend order is prepared with care and intention.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of being placed. Dispatches do not take place on weekends or public holidays.

During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer than usual. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

For deliveries within India, all our orders typically arrive within 4-5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to courier or location-related constraints.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is on its way, tracking details will be shared with you via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

So you can follow your Caalmblend fit all the way to your doorstep.

DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at: Return & Exchange with photos or videos for reference.

Please note that requests regarding damaged items cannot be processed after 24 hours from delivery.

CAALMBLEND – STORE CREDITS

Store credits are issued digitally and securely linked to your registered email address or phone number.

All store credits remain valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date they are issued.

Please note:

• Store credits can only be used on the official Caalmblend website.
• Store credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
