Refund policy
At Caalmblend, we design products that are made to feel good and last long.
But if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
1. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer returns, exchanges and refunds within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, unworn, in its original condition, with the “care” label and all tags intact.
You may be eligible for a return, refund or exchange only if:
- You received the wrong product
- An item is missing from your order
- The product arrived damaged
- You received a different size or colour than what was ordered
- The product does not fit as expected
To process your request, please share:
- Clear images of the product
- Images/videos showing the issue (if applicable)
- Images of the complete package received
Once your request is verified, our team will arrange a pickup on the address the product was delivered.

3. HOW THE RETURN PICKUP WORKS
Once approved, the reverse pickup will usually be scheduled within 3-4 business days.
Pickup timelines may vary depending on:
- Location
- Pincode serviceability
- Public holidays or courier delays
4. QUALITY CHECK (QC)
All returned products go through a quality check during and after pickup.
To be eligible for approval, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Have all original tags intact
- Be free from stains, perfume, or damage
- Be returned in its original packaging condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for refund or exchange.
5. REFUND (STORE CREDIT)
At Caalmblend, refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credits. Once your return is approved after QC, a credit note will be issued within 5-7 business days.
Store credits:
- Remain valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date of issue
- Can be used on any future purchase on the Caalmblend website
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method
- Can be redeemed across multiple orders until the full credit amount is utilised
- If the order value is lower than the available store credit balance, the remaining credit can be used for future purchases within the validity period
- If the order value exceeds the available store credit balance, the remaining amount can be paid online at checkout
- Store credits can be applied on purchases containing multiple products
This applies to both prepaid and COD orders.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a one-time exchange on eligible orders within 3 days of delivery.
7. You may request an exchange if:
- The size doesn’t fit
- You want a different size or colour (subject to availability)
- The product is unused, unwashed, unworn with care tag and all other tags intact
8. Exchange Conditions
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- Exchanges are applicable only for the same product in a different size or colour
- If the requested variant is unavailable, store credits will be issued instead
- Exchanges are processed only after the product passes QC during and after pickup.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- As orders are processed shortly after being placed to ensure timely dispatch, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
- Caalmblend reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in cases including, but not limited to, product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other operational concern.
10. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Refunds are issued only as store credits after successful QC approval
- Products that are used, washed, damaged, or returned without tags will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange
