We use premium fabrics like Egyptian Cotton blended with rich Giza Cotton fibre, and ultra-soft French Terry. We also use brushed fleece in our hoodies and sweatshirts in dense fabrics for superior comfort. All our pieces are designed to feel comfortable, breathable, and long-lasting with a structured fit.

Yes, all our t-shirts and sweatshirts are unisex.They come in an oversized fit that suits all body types.

To keep your favourite Caalmblend garments in their best shape and for a longer-lasting color and texture, always wash them inside out and wash dark colors separately. Make sure to wash them in cold water, avoid tumble drying, dry them flat or in the shade. Also, do not bleach or dry clean, and avoid ironing directly on print or puff details.

Our orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking update so you can follow your Caalmblend order every step of the way.

Not yet but international shipping is coming very soon. We’re working on making Caalmblend available worldwide so you can shop your favourite designs from anywhere.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email, SMS and WhatsApp with the tracking link. Just click on the link to see real-time updates on your delivery status. You can track your order anytime using your AWB/Reference number on the tracking page.

If you miss your delivery, don’t worry.. we automatically schedule a second delivery attempt. In total, two delivery attempts are made for every Caalmblend order. If the order is still not received or you’re unable to accept it, the package is marked as cancelled and sent back. Once the return is confirmed, your credit points are initiated as per our policy.

If your payment fails but the amount gets deducted, don’t worry.. your bank will automatically reverse the transaction. In most cases, the refund reflects back in your account within 24 hours.

If you’ve received a wrong or damaged product, please email us at contact@caalmblend.com with a clear image of the issue. Kindly ensure that the care tag and all product tags are intact.

You can track your order anytime using the tracking link shared after shipping. If your order is delayed by more than 10 days, feel free to email us at contact@caalmblend.com and we’ll check the status for you and revert.

When your order is returned, our quality-check team verifies it by making sure that our ‘care’ tag along with all other tags are intact. Kindly note that the product should be in the same condition as delivered and should not be worn or washed after delivery. Once your return is approved, we issue Caalmblend credit notes that remain valid for 180 days from the date of return. You can use these credits on any future purchase within this period.

Once we receive your item and review it, your credit note or exchange confirmation will be issued within 7 days.

You can exchange/return your Caalmblend order within 3 days from the date of delivery, as long as all the tags are intact and the product is in its original, unused condition.

All our non-sale items are eligible for exchange/return/refund, so you can shop confidently.

Sale and discounted items are offered at special prices, so they aren’t eligible for exchange/return/refund.

Once your product reaches our warehouse, we usually process exchange/return/refund within 7 business days and keep you updated along the way.

No, you don’t need to pay anything for reverse pickup or exchange shipping. To keep the process smooth and hassle-free for everyone, we offer one free exchange per order.
